Getting to the Top

For PE today we practised by building our stamina for our cross country run. We ran  up, around and down the top playground. This also taught us the correct posture for running and how to position our bodies so that we won't fall over when we run down the slope. We also ran some relays on the court to help us build our speed. To build our strength we ran, climbed to the top of the climbing wall and down again, then ran back to where we started. We are practising, practising and practising to get perfection.
