Sometimes we need to do things that are difficult and our of our comfort zone. It's not easy to have confidence when things are new and uncomfortable for us.
Today we were proud of Jiya for bring a caring and supportive friend to Amelia. She encouraged Amelia to run with her during our morning run. This made the experience a lot more enjoyable for both girls!
