Stranger danger warning

Yesterday a man tried to abduct a young local boy by enticing him towards his car with the promise of lollies. Fortunately, he refused the offer and instead told someone about it. The Police are now involved. 

This afternoon we talked to the students about this situation and explained that if someone approached them this way they should quickly run away and tell someone they trust. We would appreciate it if you would also reiterate the stranger danger message with your child at home.
