Daffodil Day

Today is Daffodil Day, a chance to help people who are sick with cancer.

Some of us bought a donation for the Cancer Society and got a daffodil to wear.

We talked about how the colour yellow is a bright, cheerful colour and that we are using yellow flowers to make sick people feel happy.

Look at the daffodil garden we made today.

We learnt how to attach several layers together using a split pin. We can add leaves to our daffodil garden next week.
