It's made out of cardboard. The booster packs are made out of straw. The cellotape is holding the balloon onto the straws. I made the wheels out of bottle caps. I used a hammer and a nail to make a hole in them and then I put the sticks in the wheels.
When I blow through the booster packs the air actually goes through into the balloon. The air comes out of the booster packs to help it move.
