Lucas D had a great idea which was to concertina fold the paper up to make the butterfly wings. After we did that we opened the paper up and coloured it to look like the wings of a monarch butterfly. Some of us drew a special spot on the wings to indicate that the butterfly is a male.
We chose Yeshaya's beautiful butterfly to go on our life cycle display.
