It was exciting for us to arrive at school and see our butterfly drying his wings. Just before lunch he decided to fly away and find himself some lunch! We were so happy to see him flying and went outside to watch him go.
When a second butterfly hatched out this afternoon we were surprised at how crumpled his wings had been inside its chrysalis.
It took him several hours to get his wings pumped up this much...
