Tracking Cards

We used this tracking card with 5 different coloured dots to help us work independently during writing. We can choose the activities we like to work on from the different tote trays and shelves. 

Blue dot: fine motor, Red dot: discrimination and directionality, Yellow dot: maneuver and control, Green dot: creativity and White dot: letters, words, sentences. Once we have completed the activity, we place a paper clip over the dot to help us remember that we have done an activity in the coloured dot and that we should choose another type of activity to help us develop our writing skills. 

We had fun making our own choices.
