We learn a new skill today when we had our first lesson about tesselating patterns! We turned a square piece of card into a dove shape by cutting two corners and a triangle from the square then reattaching them in a different place.
We traced around the dove shape several times by working out how it fitted together like a puzzle! Some of us saw that it could be done without any overlaps.
