Lockdown Drill
This afternoon we had a lockdown drill. The bell rang and it rang and rang. We had to follow our teacher's instructions. They told us to sit in a place far away from the windows. They closed the blinds and locked the doors then we sat very quietly listening to the teacher's instructions.

Thanks so much for putting the day's activities on the blog! I just got home and Lucy told me about the lockdown drill but managed to forget the 'drill' part. This explains everything! I got very worried and thought I would check here - now it all makes sense. Good stuff Miss Bland and Miss Tan!
