Happy Diwali

Diwali is a special celebration. The Indian children in our class told us about the special sweets their mothers make at Diwali. Trisha's mum brought us a plate of special treats and at lunchtime we all tried one. 

After lunch the Indian children made a rangoli pattern outside our door to welcome the parents when they arrived.
